My Background
I bring over 20 years of experience working on gender equality across global institutions and academic spaces. My work has focused on translating evidence, data, and research into practical strategies that influence policy, programs, and institutional change.
I've also done this work from the inside—as a manager and as a Gender Equality Director at a major global health organization—where I navigated these same systems, led internal advocacy efforts, and negotiated for change for both myself and my team.
I understand both the theory and the reality—how systems are designed, how they function in practice, and what it actually takes to move things forward.
