PowHer Circles are facilitated spaces designed people to think, speak, and lead—together. Grounded in evidence, lived experience, and collective care, each circle creates room for honest conversation, shared learning, and strategic reflection on power, gender, and social change.
These are not networking events or motivational talks. PowHer Circles are intentional, guided dialogues where participants explore critical issues—such as gender inequality, leadership, work, identity, and resistance—through a mix of data, storytelling, and peer exchange.
Whether held in person or virtually, PowHer Circles prioritize psychological safety, intellectual rigor, and community accountability. The goal is not consensus, but clarity: clearer thinking, deeper connection, and more grounded action.
Because change doesn’t happen in isolation—and power is stronger when it’s shared.
