PowHer Circles are facilitated spaces designed people to think, speak, and lead—together. Grounded in evidence, lived experience, and collective care, each circle creates room for honest conversation, shared learning, and strategic reflection on power, gender, and social change.
These are not networking events or motivational talks. PowHer Circles are weekly 90 minute, intentional, guided dialogues where participants explore critical issues—such as gender inequality, leadership, work, identity, and resistance—through a mix of data, storytelling, and peer exchange.
Held virtually, PowHer Circles prioritize psychological safety, intellectual rigor, and community accountability. The goal is not consensus, but clarity: clearer thinking, deeper connection, and more grounded action.
While each PowHer Circle cohort follows a clear arc grounded in evidence, sessions are not rigid or scripted. The outline provides a shared foundation, while the direction and depth of each conversation are shaped by the participants in the room.
Space is intentionally held for real-time questions, lived experiences, and emerging themes—allowing the circle to function as both a learning space and a coaching container. Because change doesn’t happen in isolation—and power is stronger when it’s shared.
